Bought this chair Jan 2007 - for a second home we spend 7 months a year at. VERY low "traffic" so to speak.

YET this chair has a tilting foot rest, the springs in the eat are uneven & at 10 yers old, and only 5 years old at most in "USE" time, this should not be happening. I contacted H & M, they couldn't have been ruder and less helpful. This is the 4 or 5th H & M piece of furniture we have purchased. Did not expect the response from H & M customer service.

Did not expect the lack of quality for a H & M product. H & M are suppose to be very high quality & have a reputation for quality.

But that is not our experience. Be warned
