Ordered 3 pieces of "just in time" furniture. Coach came with defective cushions-- had to pay for replacements, then we're reimbursed. Both recliners came in wrong color, refused shipment.
When came back one recliner had numerous noticeable defects, other only had a defective cushion. Was able to make one good recliner from the two, sent bad one back.
H & M had delivery company "touch up" defects, did not replace. So so repairs. Took until December to receive "Just in Time" paid for in July. Less than 6 months later leather lost color after using products for leather maintenance sent by H & M (leather solutions).
Pending resolution, pretty frustrated with H & M quality
